Job Coach

The job coach assists individuals with intellectual disabilities in acquiring and maintaining work skills within community employment settings. They provide ongoing support, monitor performance, and ensure participants meet their work-Related goals through effective supervision and documentation.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and possess a valid california driver's license with a reliable vehicle. Applicants must be physically and mentally capable of performing crisis intervention and meeting the physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
