Core responsibilities
The behavior technician implements individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a bcba to support clients with developmental disabilities. They provide direct one-On-One therapy and collect accurate data on client progress and behavior reduction.
Requirements summary
Candidates must have or be willing to complete an rbt certification and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. A background in mental health, child development, or education is preferred, along with a valid cpr certification.
