Behavior Technician (BT)

The behavior technician provides one-On-One support to children with autism or developmental delays by implementing behavior intervention plans. They are responsible for facilitating structured, play-Based activities and accurately recording data on client progress.

Candidates must have at least 6 months of experience working with children with intellectual disabilities and a high school diploma. A 40-Hour rbt training course must be completed prior to the start date, and rbt certification is required within 6 months of employment.
