Head Coach, Esports

The head coach is responsible for coordinating the esports program, including coaching, instructing students, and developing team skills. They must also handle administrative duties such as managing equipment, ensuring student eligibility, and communicating with stakeholders.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and at least one year of coaching experience. A national federation of state high school associations (Nfhs) fundamentals of coaching certification is also required.
