Talent Development Specialist

The talent development specialist will facilitate new employee orientation and ongoing training sessions for direct care staff, both in-Person and virtually. They are also responsible for maintaining training records in the learning management system and collaborating with team members to ensure high-Quality service delivery.

Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience or education in staff training or presentation and possess strong proficiency in microsoft office and virtual meeting platforms. Physical requirements include the ability to maintain balance and perform specific movements like squatting, and relevant training certifications are preferred.
