Qualifications

Teacher: Meets EEC Teacher qualifications. Lead Teacher: Meets EEC Lead Teacher qualifications. Degree in Early Childhood Education (Associate's preferred, Bachelor's a plus). Knowledge of EEC regulations, QRIS Standards, and NAEYC best practices. Must be at least 18 years old. Strong classroom management skills and ability to work collaboratively. Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development. Physical Demands: This role requires the ability to stand, walk, kneel, stoop, reach, lift up to 25 lbs, and actively engage in activities such as climbing, running, and outdoor play.
