The clinical instructor is responsible for implementing the nursing curriculum, providing direct supervision to students in clinical settings, and evaluating student performance. They also maintain knowledge of clinical policies, grade assignments, and provide feedback to support student learning and remediation.
Candidates must hold a Master's Degree in Nursing and possess at least two years of direct patient care experience in the relevant clinical specialty. A professional nurse license in the state of practice is also required.
