We have a market-based compensation structure. The estimated salary for the Therapist Children's Outpatient will vary based on a candidate's transferable work experience and qualifications. • As a Therapist in the Children's Outpatient Program, you will be responsible for the following: Conduct Intake Assessments, including all necessary opening paperwork (Integrated Biopsychosocial, financial and demographic forms, etc.) Gather and integrate information from all available sources, including client self-reports, reports from family members, guardian(s) and probation officer, documented medical, treatment history, etc.; Assist with the development of comprehensive Person-Centered Treatment Planning with consumers and other members of the treatment team (consistent with Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessment and all other clinical assessments); Provide face-to-face clinical interventions, in the office, to each assigned consumer at least monthly.
• Provide individual, family and group therapy.
• Conduct crisis planning with client.
• Provide parent education, coaching and training.
• Provide referrals for services and community resources as needed.
• Work collaboratively with others in relation to the child and family including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, Wraparound facilitators, school personnel and other family service or support people.
• Advocate on behalf of the child and family to assist them in meeting their needs and reaching their desired level of self-sufficiency.
• Assess client satisfaction and participate in program evaluation as needed.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings and case consultations.
• Complete clinical records and agency documentation in a timely manner consistent with policies and procedures of the Guidance Center.
