Youth Development Professional (After-School) - TK & Kinder

The youth development professional will create a nurturing and engaging after-School environment by facilitating play-Based learning and supporting social-Emotional development. They are responsible for maintaining constant supervision, managing daily routines, and building positive, trusting relationships with young children.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged along with 48 college units, an associate's degree, or a passing score on the district's paraprofessional exam. Applicants should demonstrate patience, emotional intelligence, and the ability to maintain a safe and structured environment for young learners.
