The 5th Grade Teacher is responsible for creating and executing instructional plans that drive student achievement and building meaningful relationships with students. They must also analyze data to inform daily instruction and collaborate with peers to meet the diverse social, emotional, and academic needs of students.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree and meet all Michigan State Board of Education certification and licensure requirements. A satisfactory criminal background check is also mandatory for this position.

The Elementary Teacher delivers engaging, data-driven instruction in a K–5 classroom setting, manages classroom culture, and supports the whole-child development of each student.
Must be able to perform the physical demands of the role, including lifting, bending, stooping, squatting, and standing for extended periods. Work environment includes elevated noise levels.
