[2026-2027] Special Education Learning Specialist - Middle School

Special education teachers collaborate with general education staff to design and implement targeted interventions for students with ieps and diagnosed disabilities. They are responsible for delivering a rigorous curriculum, assessing student progress, and maintaining consistent communication with families.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and are strongly preferred to have at least two years of teaching experience. New york state special education teacher certification is highly recommended for this role.
