Behavioral Health Technician, BHT

The behavioral health technician supports the therapeutic milieu by supervising clients and ensuring the consistent delivery of scheduled programs. They also provide individual cpst services, maintain clinical documentation, and collaborate with the treatment team to ensure quality care.

Candidates must have a high school degree or equivalent and previous experience working with children in mental health or educational settings. Additional requirements include obtaining cpr and handle with care certifications within 30 days of employment.
