Residential Advisor

The residential advisor provides daily guidance to students to support their social, academic, and professional development while maintaining a safe and orderly dormitory environment. Responsibilities include monitoring student behavior, conducting group sessions, and documenting student conduct and progress.

Candidates should have experience working with young adults in residential, educational, or youth development settings. Strong communication skills, the ability to enforce rules consistently, and a commitment to student well-Being are required.
