Qualifications

MUST have 12 core Early Childhood Education units with a grade of C or better required. (Child development, Child-family-community, two Curriculum classes) Must have patience and a strong desire to love and nurture young children Work experience in a licensed childcare facility preferred Must meet required state background check Must be able to work on an iPad to enter children's daily logs and write incident reports and messages to parents.

Responsibilities

Engage, interact, and supervise children in positive ways to support their growth and learning Provides a safe, attractive, well-kept classroom that encourages creativity, exploration, and decision-making by the children Plan with the Education Coach and implement the approved lesson plans and daily classroom schedule using the Primrose School curriculum outlines and materials Supervise, monitor and complete continual evaluation of each child’s developmental needs Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and childcare regulations.
