ABA Behavior Technician

The behavior technician implements individualized treatment plans using positive reinforcement and play-Based teaching to help children with autism build life skills. They are also responsible for collecting accurate progress data and maintaining collaborative relationships with families and the clinical team.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, the ability to pass a background check, and a valid driver's license or state id. The role requires physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and flexible availability between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm.
