Core responsibilities

Counselors work directly with children ages 6-11 to implement the paths curriculum and manage classroom behaviors. They also collaborate with co-Counselors and supervisors to support clinical needs and ensure safe transportation.

Requirements summary

Candidates must have a high school diploma or ged and be able to commit to the full training and program schedule. Background clearance for working with minors is required.
