Resident. Instructor

The resident instructor is responsible for creating a nurturing environment, implementing individual care plans, and assisting clients with daily living activities. They must also monitor medical and behavioral changes, administer medication, and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the residential property.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or ged, with at least two years of experience in human services preferred. A valid driver's license, the ability to lift 75 lbs, and the capacity to perform active work are mandatory.
