Core responsibilities
The lead teacher is responsible for leading and inspiring the classroom through developmentally appropriate lessons and creative instruction. They also mentor assistant teachers and maintain a safe, compliant, and nurturing environment for children and families.
Requirements summary
Candidates must possess a cda, associate's, or bachelor's degree in early childhood education or a related field with at least 6 ece credits. Additionally, at least 2 years of early childhood education experience and current cpr/First aid certification are required.
