We are seeking someone who is passionate about creating an MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A qualified faculty member in Surgical Technology meets all four of the following criteria: Possesses an earned baccalaureate or higher degree from a regionally accredited institution AND Possesses a credential in the field of surgical technology through a national certification program that is accredited by the National Commission on Certifying Agencies (NCCA) or Certified Nurse Operating Nurse, (CNOR prior to 2003) AND Has a minimum total of three years of experience, either in the operating room scrub role or as an instructor in surgical technology, or a combination of both within the past five years AND Possesses proficiency in instructional methodology, curriculum design, and program planning.
