Employment Training Specialist

The employment training specialist identifies individual interests and skills to facilitate job placement and provides ongoing workplace supports for individuals with disabilities. They also collect and analyze performance data to ensure the effectiveness of workplace supports and foster natural support systems.

Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma or ged and a valid non-Provisional driver's license. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and able to attend ten days of paid onsite orientation.
