Job description
Lead the Clinical Work You Actually Believe In Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) In-Home ABA Services 📍 Granbury, TX | Contractor | Competitive Pay
This isn't a clipboard-and-checklist supervision role. It's the kind of clinical work you went into this field to do.
At Affirmative Parenting Solutions, you won't be buried under an unmanageable caseload or pressured to rush through supervision hours. You'll build real relationships with families, mentor RBTs who are eager to grow, and design treatment that actually fits the child in front of you, not a cookie-cutter program. If you're a BCBA who's burned out on high caseloads and low support, or a newly certified clinician looking for a place to grow with intention, this is worth your time.
What Your Schedule Looks Like Flexible scheduling built around client needs and your availability. We work with you, not against you.
What You'll Be Doing You'll oversee in-home ABA services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the Granbury area, or remote for other areas, partnering closely with families and the behavior technicians you supervise. Day to day, that means developing and updating individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs, conducting assessments and translating results into meaningful clinical goals, providing hands-on supervision and coaching to RBTs in the home setting, collaborating with caregivers to promote skill generalization and family confidence, and ensuring clinical documentation meets quality and compliance standards.
What Makes This Role Different ✅ Caseloads you can actually manage- quality over quantity, always ✅ Autonomy to design treatment that reflects your clinical judgment ✅ A collaborative, values-driven culture- no top-down micromanagement ✅ Meaningful supervision relationships with techs who want to learn ✅ Paid supervision hours and support for continued professional development

The Qualities That Thrive Here You see supervision as mentorship, not just a checklist You communicate directly and kindly with families, even when it's hard You care about data — but you also know data tells a story, not just a number You want your work to mean something at the end of the day
