Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician In-Home ABA Services Schedule: Weekdays Mornings (consistent hours) + optional weekend hours Employment Type: Part-time Location: In person (in-home) Aledo, TX

Position Overview Affirmative Parenting Solutions, LLC is seeking a reliable, compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician to provide in-home ABA services to a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This is an excellent role for someone who wants consistent afternoon hours, strong clinical support, and meaningful, relationship-based work with a family who values collaboration. Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy in the home. Implement behavior and skill acquisition programs developed by a BCBA. Collect accurate session data and contribute to clinical decision-making. Teach and reinforce communication, social, play, and daily living skills. Support behavior reduction strategies with professionalism and consistency. Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and caregivers to promote generalization. Complete timely, objective session documentation aligned with clinical standards. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass background and employment eligibility requirements. Strong professionalism, reliability, and communication skills. Comfortable providing in-home services.

Preferred Qualifications

Active RBT certification (strongly preferred). Experience working with children with autism or related developmental needs. Familiarity with ABA teaching strategies and data collection.
