Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

You will work one-On-One with children with autism to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a bcba. Your role involves teaching communication and social skills while using evidence-Based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and the ability to pass a background check. You must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds and obtain necessary certifications including cpr and rbt.
