Behavior Technician

Behavior technicians implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a bcba to teach communication and social skills. They work one-On-One with children with autism to reduce interfering behaviors while maintaining a safe and supportive environment.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or ged and the ability to pass a background check. Applicants must also be physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and obtaining cpr and first aid certifications.
