Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The registered behavior technician provides direct 1

1 and group aba therapy to children on the autism spectrum following individualized treatment plans. Responsibilities include collecting behavioral data, assisting with caregiver training, and maintaining a safe, organized therapy environment.

Candidates must hold or be willing to obtain an rbt certification and possess at least a high school diploma or ged. Applicants must be physically capable of performing tasks such as lifting 50lbs and moving quickly, while demonstrating reliability and professional conduct.
