Assistant Teacher (Pre-K 4/5)

The assistant teacher supports the lead teacher in implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans and fostering a safe, stimulating learning environment. They are responsible for supervising children, managing classroom routines, and communicating effectively with families regarding student progress.

A high school diploma is required, while an associate or bachelor's degree in early childhood education is preferred. Candidates must have experience working with young children, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and must pass state background checks.
