Instructional Assistant - General Education Kindergarten - 2nd Grade

The instructional assistant supports classroom teachers by implementing instructional activities and assisting with administrative tasks. They work directly with students to reinforce skills, provide academic and behavioral interventions, and ensure a safe, caring learning environment.

Candidates must hold a high school diploma or ged and be working toward an associate's degree or cda credential, or meet essa requirements with relevant coursework or experience. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse educational setting are essential.
