Building Block Resolutions (BBR) is a growing ABA agency providing compassionate, evidence-based services to children and young adults with Autism. We value collaboration, clinical growth, and strong team support. We’re hiring a BCaBA for a full-time, hybrid role where you’ll support clinical programming, work closely with BCBAs, and continue developing your skills—with scheduling, client success, billing, and administrative teams in place to support you.
Role Structure The role is currently primarily a 2-tier model (BCBA + BT/RBT). As the company continues to grow, there may be a future transition to a 3-tier model (BCBA + mid-level + BT/RBT), but at this time it remains a 2-tier structure.

What You’ll Do Lead and supervise clinical care for BTs/RBTs for a manageable caseload (10–15 clients) Maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours/week Support assessments and treatment plan implementation under BCBA guidance Track and review client progress Collaborate with families and clinical team members Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery

What We’re Looking For Active BCaBA certification (BACB) ABA experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Comfortable traveling throughout Los Angeles and Orange County
