• You’ll Do: Engage, play, and interact with children to encourage exploration and curiosity Create a warm, safe, and supportive classroom environment Guide toddlers as they build social skills, confidence, and independence Encourage positive interactions and help children navigate social situations Implement a creative, hands-on curriculum that supports early learning Observe and track developmental progress and communicate with families Collaborate with fellow educators to provide the best care and education Maintain a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards
