Program Leader

Program leaders act as positive role models and mentors while leading groups of students in academic and enrichment activities. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, nurturing environment and implementing classroom management strategies to support student success.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or g.e.d. And at least six months of experience working with groups of students. Additional requirements include passing a criminal background check, providing a negative tb test, and demonstrating proficiency in math and english.
