Lead Teacher - Preschool

The lead teacher plans and implements learning experiences that promote the development of the whole child while maintaining a safe and healthy environment. They are also responsible for providing daily supervision to assigned classroom staff and ensuring compliance with head start and licensing standards.

Candidates must hold an associate degree in early childhood education or a related field and be director qualified or willing to obtain the certification. Experience in curriculum planning, assessment, and nurturing teacher-Child interactions is required, along with the ability to pass background and health screenings.
