Assessment and Curriculum Specialist

The assessment and curriculum specialist facilitates vision-Specific assessments, oversees compliance, and provides instructional coaching to teachers. They also curate accessible curricular materials and lead professional development to ensure high-Quality instruction for students with visual impairments.

Candidates must hold a master’s degree and a valid pde level 2 certification as a teacher of the visually impaired (Tvi). A minimum of 5 years of experience working with students with visual impairments and proficiency in braille and nemeth are required.
