Core responsibilities
Provide individualized support and specially designed instruction to a student with deaf-Blindness in alignment with their iep. Facilitate communication access, maintain assistive devices, and collaborate with staff and families to support the student's educational and social goals.
Requirements summary
An associate's degree is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred. Candidates must have a desire to work with students with dual sensory impairments and be able to obtain necessary background clearances.
