The camp counselor will supervise assigned groups of students and work alongside program coordinators to guide participants. They are responsible for leading and participating in all scheduled medical camp sessions.

Applicants must be a quillen college of medicine student or an equip pathway program student. Candidates are required to attend all camp sessions and demonstrate professional communication skills.
