Market context

Minnesota school mental health roles stay competitive

In Minnesota, school-based mental health therapist roles are often in steady demand as districts expand support for students and families. These positions are competitive because employers typically want a clinical master’s degree, progress toward LMFT, LPCC, or LICSW licensure, strong youth and family skills, and a valid driver’s license. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save research time, then confirm supervision, caseload, and licensure timeline before applying.
