Provide high-quality early learning experiences using the HighScope curriculum to support children's physical, social-emotional, and cognitive growth. Build positive relationships with families and colleagues while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
Requires prior experience in early childhood education and eligibility for registration with The Registry in Wisconsin. Must obtain certifications in Pediatric First Aid, CPR/AED, and mandated reporter training.

Maintain dependable attendance, punctuality, and scheduling flexibility to support classroom operations and ensure compliance with DCF teacher-to-child ratio requirements. Ensures classroom practices align with HighScope, COR Advantage, DCF, NAEYC, and YoungStar requirements. NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Other duties as assigned
