Exceptional Student Education (ESE) Teacher - IDEA Lakeland Academy (26-27)

The ese teacher is responsible for developing and implementing individualized education programs (Ieps) to support students with diverse learning needs. They provide in-Class instruction, track student progress through data analysis, and maintain strong communication with families and school staff.

Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree and a valid state certification in exceptional student education. Experience in an ese classroom setting and the ability to manage student behavior and facilitate ard meetings are required.
