About the role

The Special Education Teacher provides targeted reading and math interventions for students with diverse learning needs, incorporating occupational therapy-informed supports and overseeing Wisconsin Act 20 literacy compliance. This role involves designing and implementing intervention plans, monitoring student progress, and collaborating closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure academic and spiritual development.

About Us

  • Mission
  • Statement: In partnership with parents and churches, we integrate faith with learning using biblical principles to capture each student's heart and mind for Christ.

We are dedicated to academic excellence with a uniquely Christian perspective—one that places Jesus at the center of everything we do and acknowledges the Bible as our ultimate authority. We are committed to supporting, not supplanting, parents' God-given role and we come alongside students to help them find and develop their God-given talents for His glory.

We are a growing, non-denominational Christian school that has faithfully served students in grades K3–8 since 1990 and has seen recent enrollment of 145 students. In the 2026–27 school year, we will expand to include grades 9 and 10 and move into a new 220,000 sq. ft. facility in the heart of West Bend, Wisconsin (population 30,000), approximately 40 miles northwest of Milwaukee, to support the launch and growth of our high school. This new campus will allow us to significantly expand both our academic and athletic programs. We are fully accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and participate in the Wisconsin Parental Choice Program.
