Paraprofessional (7a-3p shift) - The Bancroft School

The paraprofessional provides assistance to the teacher in planning and implementing classroom instruction tailored to meet the educational needs of students. They also support the management of student behavior and maintain a conducive learning environment.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 3 years of direct experience in an educational setting, or 30 college credits with related work experience. Prior experience with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
