Day Habilitation Specialist - Hauppauge

The specialist helps adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve personal goals and become self-Sufficient. Responsibilities include providing emotional support, managing behavioral issues, and transporting participants to activities.

Candidates need a high school diploma with 2 years of experience, or an associate's/Bachelor's degree, or 3 years of related experience. A valid nys driver's license and the ability to obtain amap and scip certifications are required.
