Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Provide one-On-One aba therapy to children with autism to teach foundational skills and communication. Responsibilities include implementing behavior support plans, collecting session data, and communicating progress to caregivers.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred. Candidates must be physically capable of lifting 30 pounds and performing active movements to support children with challenging behaviors.
