Patient Educator II, Doula Navigator

The patient educator ii serves as the primary point of contact to connect eligible patients with doulas and provides education to clinicians and patients regarding the doula's role. They also establish relationships with doula communities and collaborate with pilot partners to improve the program.

Candidates should ideally be trained doulas with at least 2 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Proficiency in basic computer skills, medical terminology, and spanish language skills are highly desired.
