Physical Therapist, Home Health, Amador & Calaveras Counties

Responsible for assessing and implementing rehabilitative programs to improve patient mobility and strength. The role also involves developing clinical protocols and mentoring staff and students.

Requires a degree from an accredited physical therapy school and valid pt and bls certifications. Candidates must have 5 years of recent relevant experience and a valid driver's license with auto insurance.
