Assess individual students’ study skills, identify appropriate resources and make appropriate referrals for students perceived to be at risk. Assist students in the development of individualized educational plans. Maintain appropriate administrative documents. Develop and promote internal communication and resource sharing in order to promote student success. Track the collective needs of students. Provide recommendations for continuous improvement for all services related to academic advising. Integrate best practices and technology aimed at improving student services.
