Employment/Job Coach - Antelope Valley

The employment coach provides mentorship and job development support to individuals with developmental disabilities to help them secure and maintain competitive integrated employment. Responsibilities include conducting job site analysis, implementing individualized support plans, and building professional relationships with employers.

Preferred candidates have two years of college or equivalent experience and a background in supporting people with disabilities in community settings. Must possess strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and flexible availability to work varied schedules including weekends.
