Employment Coach - South Orange County

The employment coach mentors individuals with developmental disabilities to secure and maintain competitive integrated employment. Responsibilities include job development, resume building, on-The-Job support, and maintaining effective relationships with employers and stakeholders.

Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills with proficiency in digital platforms. While not required, two years of college or equivalent experience and experience supporting people with disabilities are preferred.
