Job/Employment Coach (Caregiver/Wheelchair Experience Preferred) - South Orange County

The employment coach provides mentorship and job development support to individuals with developmental disabilities to help them secure and maintain competitive integrated employment. They are responsible for implementing individualized support plans, conducting job site analyses, and fostering positive relationships between the individuals served and their employers or community members.

Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in digital tools and online platforms. While not required, experience in job development, supporting individuals with disabilities, and positive behavior support training is preferred.
