Job description

CRI is hiring for a part time job coach in Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire, WI. The position will be approximately 15-20 hours per week - between the hours of 8am-8pm, with some weekend hours included. The schedule you work will vary based on your availability and the clients schedule. This position provides services out of the Chippewa office to the entire Chippewa Valley, so some travel to the surrounding areas, such as Bloomer, may be available.

What does Job coaching include? · highlight the client’s abilities rather than focusing on their possible disabilities · teach clients how to use their skills to be successful working for a business in their community · work to help the client be successful on their own, ideally after spending enough time with the client they should be able to do their job without you there anymore. · Maintain necessary documentation after meeting with clients · The critical role of your position is not to complete the tasks for the individual, but to demonstrate, support and document as our “clients” complete their work tasks.

Qualifications

High School Diploma, equivalent or teacher recommendation. Access to reliable transportation and clean driving record. Successful completion of a Department of Justice background check.
