Speech-Language Pathologist | Elementary Schools | Georgia | 2026–2027 Academic Year

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Georgia school district to bring on a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to serve an elementary (K–5) population for the 2026–2027 school year. This position offers a supportive, team-oriented environment where collaboration and student progress are at the forefront.

In this role, you’ll provide direct speech and language services to elementary students, helping them strengthen communication skills that are essential for both academic achievement and social development. You’ll design individualized intervention plans, support IEP implementation, and work closely with educators and school staff to ensure students receive consistent, effective services.

Position Overview

Deliver targeted speech and language therapy to K–5 students. Monitor progress, collect data, and maintain accurate documentation. Partner with teachers and staff to support student success in the classroom. Participate in IEP development and collaborate on student support strategies. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs. Address areas such as articulation, expressive/receptive language, fluency, and functional communication.

Requirements

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills. Active Georgia SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related discipline.
