These opportunities are ideal for educators who are committed to supporting diverse learners through individualized instruction, collaborative planning, and inclusive educational practices. Position Overview
Support positive behavior strategies and student engagement. Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation. Foster an encouraging and structured classroom environment. Deliver differentiated instruction based on student learning needs. Collaborate with general education teachers and multidisciplinary teams. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Requirements
Experience working with young learners with diverse needs. Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement. Having at least a bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required.
